Haven Psychiatry and Wellness office hours are Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm CST. We are closed on all major holidays.

We DO NOT provide emergency services, crisis services, weekend and/or after-hours coverage.

If you have a life-threatening emergency, please go to the nearest emergency room, or call 911 immediately.

Missed or canceled appointments without a 24 hour notice, will be charged $50 to the patient.

A: Perinatal psychiatry includes a range of therapies and approaches that help women seeking to become pregnant, those in pregnancy, or new mothers after the birth of their child. It’s important because hormonal changes, sleep deprivation, and life adjustments can contribute to anxiety, depression, or stress, impacting both mother and baby.​

Q: Are your services available online or in person?
A: Currently, we provide only telehealth (virtual) sessions to ensure accessibility and convenience.

Q: Can I get help even if I’m not diagnosed with postpartum depression?
A: Absolutely! You don’t need a formal diagnosis to seek support. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or just need guidance, our services can help improve your well-being.

Q: Do you only see women?
A: No, while our clinic specializes in comprehensive women's health, we believe that mental health care should be inclusive.

Q: Do you accept any insurance plans?
A: Yes! Haven Psychiatry and Wellness accepts BCBS of Texas, BCBS of Massachusettes, Horizon BCBS of New Jersey, UHC/Optum,-Oxford/Optum, Oscar/Optum, Carelon Behavioral Health and Quest Behavioral Health.
For out-of-network and private pay, we’re happy to provide a super bill, receipts, and any documentation that your insurance may require for reimbursement. Please contact your insurance company prior to scheduling an appointment to see if you are eligible for reimbursement.​

Q: Do you offer appointments outside of normal business hours?
A: Yes! Evening and weekend appointments can be made by special request.
